Pickup & Drop Off Info

All Items must be returned in Original Packaging. Linens MUST be dry and in the provided Linen Bags. We kindly ask for any of the original packaging materials to be returned including Boxes/Bags/Bins, Hangers, etc.

Charger plates do NOT need to be washed but should be free of most food debris and need to be returned in the provided bins.

Lastly, please do NOT return items without speaking to one of our team members. If you need an after hours pickup or drop off, please reach out to one of our team members at 920.497.8309

Pick Up Hours for Weekend Rentals:

Thursday: 2PM - 5PM

Friday: 9AM - 4PM

Saturday: ONLY OPEN on Super Saturdays

Drop Off Hours for Weekend Rentals:
